You'll be sharing the roof with me, a pet dog and a quiet Malaysian. We are all professionals with regular working hours. My miniature pinscher is toilet trained and gets to run freely (common area) only when I'm at home. It generally does not cause nuisance (good temperament and does not enter into tenants' rooms) but do expect that it will bark at strangers at the door or when alarmed. Nonetheless, the bark is usually temporary and minimal. Generally, the environment is quite peaceful.
